SE120 12.0 W/m·K Single-Part Thermal Gel (Thermal Putty) is a silicone resin-based flexible thermal gap filler. It features low thermal impedance, minimal silicone oil seepage, and excellent extrusion properties, making it ideal for filling gaps between heat-generating electronic components and heat sinks. Soft and highly compressible, it exerts low assembly stress and delivers excellent wet-out performance, making it suitable for applications with complex gap thicknesses. Thickness and shape can be precisely controlled via automated dispensing equipment.
