SE Series 1K Single-Part Thermal Gel (Thermal Putty) is a silicone resin-based flexible gap-filling thermal material. It features low thermal impedance, minimal silicone oil seepage, and excellent extrusion properties, making it ideal for filling gaps between heat-generating electronic components and heat sinks. Soft and compressible, it exerts low assembly stress and delivers excellent wet-out performance, making it suitable for applications with complex gap thicknesses. Precise control of thickness and shape is achievable via automated dispensing equipment.
