Dongguan Sheen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. will exhibit at SEMI-THERM 2026, taking place March 9–12, 2026 at the DoubleTree in San Jose, California. Visitors are welcome to meet the SHEEN team at Booth 202 to explore its latest thermal management and functional material solutions.
Founded in 2008, SHEEN focuses on the R&D and production of functional materials and serves customers across telecom, automotive, medical, computing, industrial, and other advanced technology sectors. The company has a team of 180 employees, a 12,000㎡ facility, and certifications including ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and IATF16949:2016.
At SEMI-THERM 2026, SHEEN will highlight six major product categories designed to support demanding thermal and protection applications:
Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs)
SHEEN’s TIM portfolio is designed to fill microscopic air gaps between heat-generating components and heatsinks for more efficient heat transfer. Its silicone thermal pad series offers thermal conductivity up to 15 W/m·K.
Silicone Foam
SHEEN’s silicone foam solutions provide sealing, cushioning, moisture resistance, and flame-retardant performance. Its ceramifiable fire-barrier silicone foam is developed for EV batteries and energy storage systems to help slow heat transfer and improve safety.
Graphene Thermal Pads
Graphene thermal pads are part of SHEEN’s ongoing product development roadmap, reflecting the company’s continued investment in next-generation, ultra-thin, high-performance thermal materials.
Boron Nitride Thermal Pads
SHEEN is also advancing boron nitride thermal pad development for applications requiring a combination of thermal performance, thin construction, and electrical insulation.
Carbon Fiber Thermal Pads
Using carbon fiber orientation technology, SHEEN’s carbon fiber thermal pads deliver 15.0–45.0 W/m·K thermal conductivity, along with low thermal impedance, flexibility, and thermal stability for high-power electronics and communication equipment.
EMI Absorbing Materials
SHEEN will also present its EMI absorbing material solutions for customers seeking improved electromagnetic compatibility and more reliable system performance in compact, high-frequency electronic designs. This category is part of SHEEN’s broader functional material offering highlighted for advanced applications.
With strong manufacturing capability, application-oriented development, and a customer-focused approach, SHEEN continues to expand its role as a trusted functional materials partner in the global electronics supply chain.
