    Thermal conductive adhesive serves dual roles in PCBs: bonding heat-generating components (such as power ICs) to heat sinks or the board’s metal layers, while enabling efficient heat transfer. Its strong adhesion secures components firmly, even in vibration-prone environments. With good thermal conductivity, it draws heat from components to dissipating structures, preventing hotspots in dense PCB layouts. Easy to apply via dispensing, it suits automated production, enhancing assembly efficiency without compromising thermal performance.


    In LED lamps, thermal conductive adhesive bonds LEDs to heat sinks, addressing the critical need for heat management. LEDs produce significant heat during operation, and this adhesive ensures the heat is transferred quickly to the sink, maintaining optimal LED temperature and extending lifespan. It adheres well to both LED substrates and heat sink materials (like aluminum), resisting thermal cycling to keep the bond stable.
